  • INNkeeper integrates a workflow system with project boards, stages, and case boxes to manage sales efficiently. It streamlines reservations for all properties in a group and ensures near real-time data synchronization between the Central Reservation Office (CRO) and property servers.

GROUP BOOKINGS

  • The system includes powerful group bookings management with rule-based mass cancellation processes and interfaces seamlessly with CRS for online bookings by channel bookers.

INVENTORY AND RATES

  • It handles property inventory management with dynamic rule-based seasonal rates, rack rates, and special rates. It also integrates AHLA budgeting seamlessly into the income statement (P&L report).

GUEST SERVICES

  • INNkeeper facilitates fast guest identification, registration, and check-in, with options for contactless, mobile device, or kiosk check-in. It offers front office services such as a help desk, guest services, vehicle permits, and forex buy and sell.

BILLING AND FOLIOS

  • The system supports billing on arrival, nightly, or ad-hoc basis, with pit check control and detailed management reporting. It allows unlimited guest folios per booking with fast inter-folio transfers and reversals. Fast guest account validation and check-out with per folio or consolidated statement printing is also available.

HOUSEKEEPING MANAGEMENT

  • INNkeeper integrates housekeeping services into the Property Management System (PMS) and manages them from the lodging occupancy grid. It offers configurable room grouping with points allocation and links to staff and service schedules. Clean and inspected room statuses are color-coded on the front office bookings grid.

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

  • The system includes an integrated HELPdesk system for fast maintenance ticket creation and resolution tracking. It also features middleware interfaces to over 600 devices for guest services and environment control.

INTEGRATION AND PAYMENTS

  • INNkeeper provides an Application Provider Interface (API) for data exchange with mobile devices in the Cloud. It also offers direct interfaces to financial institutions for credit card and GIRO payments.
